この度、東京大学国際高等研究所東京カレッジでは元国際通貨基金（IMF）財政局次長であり、また東京カレッジ潮田フェローであるMichael KEEN氏をお呼びし、「大勝後の日本の消費税：減税、改革、それとも両方？」と題した一般講演会を開催します。自民党が衆議院選挙で歴史的な大勝を収めたのを受け、消費減税はどうなるのか。國枝 繁樹 教授（中央大学法学部 ）、佐藤 主光 教授（一橋大学経済学研究科）をコメンテータにお迎えし議論します。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

Tokyo College, The University of Tokyo Institutes for Advanced Study (UTIAS), is pleased to invite Dr. Michael Keen—Former Deputy Director of the Fiscal Affairs Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and currently a Ushioda Fellow at Tokyo College—to give a public lecture titled:
" Japan’s Consumption Tax after the Landslide: Relief, Reform, or Both?"
Following the Liberal Democratic Party’s historic landslide victory in the recent House of Representatives election, what lies ahead for Japan’s consumption tax?
We will welcome Professor Shigeki Kunieda (Faculty of Law, Chuo University) and Professor Motohiro Sato (Graduate School of Economics, Hitotsubashi University) as commentators to join the discussion.
